Shipping policy

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after processing.

Order Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Shipping Address Changes: Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, please email us immediately at info@nochelibrexrebelde.com and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Noche Libre X Rebelde is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
