Return Policy:

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Final sale items, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at info@nochelibrexrebelde.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nochelibrexrebelde.com so we can make it right.
